Qualifications

• Hands-on growth experience in influencer or performance marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to negotiate and decide CAC.

Responsibilities

• Run influencer campaigns end-to-end — finding creators, outreach, negotiation, briefing, approvals and performance review.
• Make commercial decisions — work out what creators are worth, negotiate fees and structure deals that make sense for us.
• Create content that converts — write strong briefs and give clear feedback on creator content.
• Own performance — understand how we’re tracking against volume and CAC targets and act when we’re falling behind.
• Grow the channel — test new creators, propositions, platforms and approaches, then scale what works.
• Make us more efficient — use AI, internal tools and better processes to reduce manual work as the channel grows.
