Job summary

SURI is seeking an influencer marketing lead to accelerate its UK growth and drive its US expansion. You’ll own the UK influencer programme from strategy to execution, scale partnerships, and collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to maximize ROI.

The role calls for a proven track record in scaling paid influencer programmes, strong negotiation, and excellent communication across internal teams and external partners. Hybrid work in London is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of influencer marketing experience.
• Proven track record of scaling influencer programmes in the UK.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and influencer landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Channel strategy: Develop and execute always-on influencer programmes in the UK.
• Talent management: Identify, negotiate terms, and maintain influencer relationships.
• Campaign management: Brief, activate and oversee campaigns end-to-end.
• Team & agency management: Upskill the team and manage UK agency partnerships.
