Job summary

Find Space in London is seeking its first marketing hire to own growth end-to-end for a two-sided marketplace, working with the founder to set strategy and execute across brand, content, and performance channels. You will build and own the marketing strategy for both sides of the marketplace, plan acquisition channels, and grow a community of traders, brands, and venue hosts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing, ideally with two-sided or marketplace products.
• Comfortable owning a channel strategy end to end, from plan to execution.
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for brand and messaging.
• Data-driven, comfortable setting up and reading your own reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the marketing strategy for both sides of the marketplace.
• Plan and run acquisition channels: SEO, content, paid, and partnerships.
• Grow and nurture our community of traders, brands, and venue hosts.
• Own brand voice and messaging across the site and campaigns.
• Set up tracking and report on growth metrics with our founder.
