Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood is seeking a commercially minded Business Growth Insight Manager to drive sales growth through market, client and competitor intelligence across multiple sectors.

You will work with Group Sector Directors and business development teams to provide actionable insight, identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making, enabling informed investment and responsible growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial insight or growth-focused role.
• Experience gathering and interpreting market, client and competitor intelligence.
• Experience supporting sales growth through insight-driven recommendations.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and MI to support performance.
• Able to translate complex data into practical actions.
• Strong commercial awareness of sales and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market, sector, client and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular insight and recommendations to Sector Directors and senior leaders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity across sectors.
• Support sector growth plans through evidence-based insights.
• Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and account growth.
• Develop dashboards and growth indicators for commercial decision-making.
