Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a driven professional to join our Growth Insights team in the UK. You’ll own growth reporting, deliver performance insights, and steer data-driven decisions across the business.

With a focus on market and competitor intelligence, you’ll craft compelling data stories for stakeholders, lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market and Competitor Insights.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and trust-building.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to initiatives.
• Data-led storytelling to drive decisions and actions.
• Experience in SaaS/Technology/MarTech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth reporting and performance analysis.
• Develop market and competitor growth reports and insights.
• Tell data stories to help stakeholders understand trends and opportunities.
• Produce quarterly market reviews and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

• Experience in Growth Insight with strong delivery focus
• Data-led approach, including insight and storytelling
• Stakeholder engagement across all levels
• End-to-end delivery of projects / initiatives
• Comfortable managing pace and priorities
• Consistent, high-quality output
