Job summary

Circana is seeking an Insight Manager to join the Category Growth team, leading client insights and driving revenue growth with Circana solutions. The role requires autonomous problem solving, strong client engagement, and a focus on strategic growth beyond delivery.

You will coordinate insight projects, build relationships across client functions, and contribute to long-term account expansion with travel to client offices and Circana's Bracknell office.

Qualifications

• Experience applying market measurement data including shopper.
• Ability to articulate complex technical knowledge in simple terms.
• Autonomous with strong problem-solving and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, executes, analyzes, and presents findings from insight projects with actionable recommendations.
• Act as a business consultant driving engagement and penetration of Circana solutions across client functions.
• Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders and deliver a positive client experience.
• Be the first point of contact for clients on day-to-day issues and champion client needs.
• Update business performance metrics and financial reporting.
• Travel to client offices monthly and on-site at Circana Bracknell as needed.
