Job summary

Rugbytots South Bucks Lead Coach & Growth Coordinator role with Rugbytots Ltd is an initial 6-month, part-time position. It combines coaching delivery with local growth, marketing support and future leadership potential across nurseries, schools and venues in South Bucks.

You’ll start with weekend coaching, build relationships with families and partners, and grow sessions as the area expands. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable and ambitious coach with a passion for working with young children.
• Willing to train in Rugbytots programmes and develop leadership skills.
• Experience delivering activity sessions to families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Rugbytots weekend classes across the South Bucks franchise area.
• Deliver midweek tasters at nurseries, schools and community venues.
• Grow regular nursery, school and venue delivery to expand reach.
• Support local marketing activities and venue growth.
• Represent Rugbytots at school fairs, nursery events and community events.
• Assist in developing birthday party delivery as the area grows.
• Build relationships with families, nurseries, schools, venues and partners.
