Job summary

Little Kickers is seeking an enthusiastic Head Coach to lead our coaching team across Hanwell, Ealing, Southall, and surrounding locations. You will champion the Little Kickers framework and ensure every class is engaging, fun and safe for toddlers.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding and mentoring junior coaches, leading weekly session planning and curriculum reviews, and communicating with parents and franchise management to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching or teaching young children.
• Natural leadership — you lift those around you.
• Ability to control and maintain a lively, high-energy class.
• Highly reliable with excellent time management.
• Valid DBS/CRB check and Safeguarding certificate (required).
• First Aid qualified, or willing to obtain.

Pay:£15–£20 per hour
Hours:Saturdays & Sundays, 8.40am–1pm
Locations:Hanwell, Ealing, Southall, Hayes, Harlington, Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Staines

ABOUT LITTLE KICKERS

Little Kickers runs toddler football classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years. We have two core beliefs that guide everything we do.

Play not Push — We teach football in a fun, pressure-free environment, giving children a positive introduction to sport so they are more likely to stay healthy and active throughout their lives.

Football is educational — Coached in the right way, football stimulates imagination and supports early development skills including learning colours and numbers, following instructions and playing as a team.

THE ROLE
