Job summary

Prospect-Health seeks an experienced Pharmacist Manager for a community pharmacy in Brighton. You will develop services, lead a small team and drive growth in NHS and private offerings.

The role requires a commercial mindset and strong leadership to expand weight‑loss services, Pharmacy First and vaccines. The successful candidate will have several years post‑qualifying experience with management, be highly organised and able to work independently while guiding the team.

Qualifications

• Several years' post-qualification experience.
• Previous pharmacy management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing pharmacy services.
• Grow weight-loss offering alongside Pharmacy First and travel vaccination services.
• Lead and manage the existing team of dispensing staff.
• Oversee NHS and private service delivery and daily operations.
