Job summary

Spark Foundry is hiring a Performance Planning Business Director on a 12‑month fixed term contract for parental cover. You will lead performance planning for a major finance client, shaping a transformational operating model and delivering measurable business growth across planning, data, and activation.

You'll build strong partnerships, drive opportunities, and mentor teams while championing test-and-learn strategies and cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital planning and performance media.
• Deep understanding of performance channels and measurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to create strategic recommendations that drive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Experience leading and developing teams within agency or client settings.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify client value opportunities.
• Collaborative, inquisitive and innovative problem-solver mindset.

Responsibilities
