Aviva plc is seeking a Paid Search Executive to drive growth through data-led campaigns across Aviva products. You will manage paid search across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube, from keyword research to reporting, aligning media with business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum paid search / PPC experience across products and brands.
• Technical skills in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with focus on Search campaigns.
• Experience building, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaigns.
• Experience with non-search campaigns like Performance Max, Display and YouTube is a plus.
• Experience using first-party data and Customer Match to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver growth through data-led paid search campaigns across Aviva products.
• Plan, build, optimise campaigns from keyword research to ad copy and reporting.
• Collaborate with media partners, platforms and SEO to maximise performance.
