Job summary

Indevor Group Ltd in the UK seeks a proactive Management Accountant to deliver accurate financial reporting, month-end closes, VAT submissions, and insights to drive efficiency. You will work closely with the Managing Director to strengthen financial control in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting or finance role with exposure to monthly close and VAT.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting, VAT, and credit control.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work across departments.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-of-month management accounts and P&L reporting with insights.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
• Submit VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor debtors and maintain effective credit control procedures.
• Analyze data to identify cost savings and operational improvements.
• Support policy development and KPI reporting across the business.
• Assist Managing Director with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting.
• Improve finance processes and automate reporting where possible.
