Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support agency partnerships and help grow client relationships in the UK market. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to deliver digital campaigns, manage briefs, and uncover new opportunities with agencies.

You will work closely with media agencies and clients, gaining exposure to AdTech dynamics and the digital advertising landscape while contributing to campaigns and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience within media, advertising, AdTech or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong interest in digital advertising and the media landscape.
• Some experience working with agencies, clients or commercial accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Commercially minded with a genuine desire to develop a career in sales/account management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting relationships with media agencies and their clients.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver campaigns and grow accounts.
• Managing day-to-day agency communication and responding to briefs.
• Helping develop new opportunities within existing agency relationships.
• Supporting the sales process from initial brief through to campaign delivery.
• Building a strong understanding of the digital advertising and AdTech landscape.
• Working with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
• Contributing to reporting, presentations and client meetings.
