Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with proven FC or strong Finance Manager experience.
• Experience in multi-entity group consolidation and management.
• Strong experience in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
• Genuine interest in technology systems impacting finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver accurate monthly group reporting across all entities.
• Manage deferred revenue recognition and produce critical financial reports.
• Oversee R&D tax relief claims and ensure VAT compliance.
• Work directly with CEO and founders on commercial decision-making.
