Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience with CAD.
• Relevant degree‑level education would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership.
• A genuine interest in construction and business development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates in line with client requirements.
• Produce professional and timely quotations.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Monitor project costs throughout ongoing works.
• Manage incoming enquiries and identify potential opportunities.
• Support business development and develop new client relationships.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the estimating process.
• Support the company's marketing and brand development.
• Work closely with the Directors to support business growth.
• Take initiative and contribute ideas to develop the role.
