Arcus FM in Brentwood is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead and inspire the estimating function. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate quotations while driving performance, development, and processes across the team.

• Support reporting, business reviews, and performance analysis.
• Implement and maintain effective processes and controls.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and wider business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
