Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners is recruiting for a Corporate Finance Director for a high-growth, private equity-backed technology business. The role leads FP&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, shareholder reporting and finance transformation to support growth and value creation.

The ideal candidate has strong FP&A and corporate finance experience, with a track record in M&A, debt financing and reporting to boards and lenders. Hybrid working in Central London is offered.

Qualifications

• Broad corporate finance background across FP&A, capital structure and strategic planning.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Proven ability to deliver board materials, lender reporting and shareholder communications.
• M&A experience including due diligence, evaluation and integration planning.
• Hands-on debt financing and refinancing with covenant monitoring and funding.
• Strong stakeholder management with banks, investors and rating agencies.
• Experience operating in a regulated environment is advantageous.
• Track record of driving transformation and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, corporate finance and strategic planning for the group.
• Own an integrated group financial model with P&L, balance sheet and cashflow links.
• Develop financial strategy including capital structure and liquidity planning.
• Support debt and equity funding, lender engagement and related materials.
• Support capital allocation decisions and investment appraisal.
• Lead financial input into M&A, restructurings and post-acquisition integration.
• Model acquisition scenarios and assess synergies and financing needs.
• Advise CFO, Board and shareholders on financing strategy and balance sheet.
• Contribute to finance transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
