NJR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Commercial New Business Account Executive to join our team in the Nottingham, Lincoln, and Peterborough area. You will develop new commercial insurance opportunities, build strong client relationships, and tailor quotations to client needs.

Ideally you bring experience in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to manage an active sales pipeline while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance, especially new business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Good understanding of insurance products and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new commercial insurance opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and professional introducers.
• Prepare and present insurance quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure suitable cover and competitive terms.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and manage follow-up activity effectively.
• Ensure all documentation, records, and communications are completed accurately and compliantly.
