Norse Care's Cranmer House in Fakenham is recruiting a Care Support Worker to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will support with personal care, promote independence and dignity, and work as part of a friendly team.

We offer fully funded accredited training, weekend enhancements, and a supportive environment with opportunities for progression. Shifts include days and nights across Monday to Sunday; hourly rates are £13.81 days / £14.06 nights, with

• Experience in care is preferred or willingness to learn in a supported environment.
• Fully funded accredited courses offered to support career progression.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and support tasks to promote independence and dignity.
• Work as part of a team, support wellbeing events and activities.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies; communicate with healthcare professionals as required.
