This hands-on role focuses on building strong relationships with trade and retail customers, developing new business, and supporting the branch team to drive sales, margins, and profitability.

You will monitor local market trends, uphold outstanding customer service, ensure policy and H&S compliance, and contribute to achieving branch objectives and long-term growth within the IBMG

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a builders' merchant or roofing merchant environment.
• Proven sales and account management experience.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Good IT skills; Kerridge experience desirable.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Positive attitude and strong team ethic.
