Job summary

Aspire11, a global investment platform, seeks a driven investment professional to join the Eternals team, focusing on direct growth investments across the US and Europe. This is a broad role with ownership of the full lifecycle from origination to portfolio engagement.

You will work closely with Aspire11's senior investors, meet founders and management teams, and build independent investment judgments in a lean, international team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–7 years of relevant investing experience.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to develop an independent view on complex, fast-changing markets.
• Confident and credible when engaging with founders, management teams and senior investors.

Responsibilities

• Assess business quality, market structure, product differentiation, competitive positioning, unit economics and growth durability.
• Build and review operating models, scenario analyses, valuation frameworks, cap tables and return cases.
• Develop investment themes, map priority sectors and companies, and build relationships with founders and co-investors.
• Own day-to-day due diligence and transaction execution, coordinating internal and external workstreams while managing risks and momentum.
• Develop clear, evidence-led investment papers and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Track portfolio performance, support strategic initiatives and liquidity planning.
