Job summary

Lovable is seeking a growth-minded full-stack engineer to join its expanding team. You will focus on turning first touches into daily habits, building onboarding, activation, and monetization flows that scale across the Lovable ecosystem.

You’ll design reusable growth tools and distribution rails, collaborating with design, marketing, partnerships, and support to ship features that reach more users and generate revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams, ideally including growth work.
• Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided systems with creators, learners, and customers.
• Comfortable using data, funnels, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to shape what you build.
• Experience designing, measuring, and iterating experiments, and setting up growth systems from the start.
• Collaborating across design, marketing, partnerships, support, and data to launch and grow new surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Ship activation, monetization and retention experiences that create fast, repeatable value and turn first-time users into long-term fans.
• Build distribution rails for user apps: SEO and performance, social previews, and lifecycle journeys.
• Ship marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps, templates, components, and services.
• Design and implement monetization and pricing flows: payments, subscriptions, access control, and revenue-share models.
• Build analytics and experimentation foundations: events, funnels, attribution, and A/B tests.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and support to grow new surfaces across the product and ecosystem.
• Keep the Lovable experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine.
