Job summary

The CelticCollection is seeking a commercially driven Performance Marketing Executive to accelerate growth across its luxury hospitality brands. You will own high-impact campaigns, turn insight into action and directly influence revenue within a fast-paced marketing team.

In this role you will attract new customers and maximise revenue through data-driven digital activity across hotels, spas, dining and events.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a digital or performance marketing role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and display platforms.
• Drive bookings, event enquiries, lead generation and customer acquisition across our portfolio.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results and maximise ROI.
• Support conversion rate optimisation initiatives, improving customer journeys and online booking experiences.
• Use data and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and commercial strategy.
• Produce meaningful reporting and recommendations for stakeholders across the business.
• Support SEO activity, website performance improvements and content optimisation.
• Work closely with agency partners, commercial teams and marketing colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and new digital marketing opportunities.
