Funky Pigeon in Bristol is seeking an experienced Paid Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves working with agencies and internal teams to optimise campaigns and ensure strong ROI.

You will manage forecasting, planning and reporting across paid media, analyze CTR, CPC and ROAS, and stay ahead of platform developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Paid Search, Paid Social and/or Affiliate Marketing campaigns within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Merchant Centre and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing agencies, external partners and significant paid media budgets.
• Highly analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels.
• Oversee campaign planning, forecasting and performance reporting to maximise traffic, revenue and ROI.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to align paid activity with trading events and product launches.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and implement tracking and measurement improvements.
