LMA Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, pace and consistency to a growing marketing function. This hands-on, high-ownership role works closely with leadership, sales and delivery and reports directly to the CEO.

You will own marketing operations and planning, coordinate campaigns from idea to delivery, manage events and roundtables, oversee the company podcast, and use HubSpot, Canva and PowerPoint to generate insights and compelling materials.

Qualifications

• Broad B2B marketing experience.
• Excellent project and marketing operations skills.
• Campaign and event experience.
• Strong Canva and PowerPoint skills.
• Confidence with data, reporting and marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Marketing operations, processes and planning.
• Campaign coordination from idea through to delivery and measurement.
• End-to-end operations of the company podcast.
• Roundtables, webinars, client and industry events.
• HubSpot — CRM, automation, segmentation, email journeys, reporting and sales alignment.
• Marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint and similar tools.
• Performance, reporting and marketing insight.
