Responsibilities

• Leverage existing client book to generate new business.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan.
• Drive growth through client retention, service innovation and new markets.
• Expand relationships with intermediaries across UK, Europe and MENA.
• Explore M&A and other expansion opportunities.
• Identify new income streams and develop branding and marketing strategies.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop the property management team.
• Integrate CRM systems and software as needed.
