Job summary

The CFO HQ in Corby is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead a growing, entrepreneurial business. You will own the finance function, partner with the MD and leadership team, and shape financial strategy while remaining hands-on to drive robust controls and accurate reporting.

You will take responsibility for management accounts, budgeting, cash flow planning and KPI development, guiding profitability analysis and commercial decisions across revenue, pricing and costs.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow skills.
• Proven ability to analyse margins and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance function with end-to-end ownership.
• Own monthly management accounts, budgeting and cash-flow planning.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to improve business visibility.
• Analyse customer, product and operational profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations on pricing and margins.
• Strengthen controls, processes and automation as the business grows.
