Qualifications

• Multi-site logistics leadership experience in fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to warehousing, transport and 3PL operations.
• Experience improving operational performance and KPIs.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Credibility with operators and founders alike.
• Experience implementing operational systems and processes.
• High levels of accountability, resilience and pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational integration across acquisitions and value creation.
• Oversee pre- to post-deal execution and integration readiness.
• Assess operational quality and integration readiness across sites.
• Embed consistent operating and reporting disciplines.
• Drive warehouse, transport and systems optimization initiatives.
• Support WMS/TMS implementation and standardisation.
• Identify commercial synergies and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure for growth.
• Spend significant time on-site with operators and founders.
