• Develop and deliver a B2B marketing strategy that supports product launch, customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Identify ideal customer profiles, priority audiences and the most effective routes to market
• Establish clear brand positioning and translate product capabilities into compelling customer benefits
• Plan and execute campaigns across organic, paid, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Generate qualified leads and work closely with colleagues to improve lead quality and conversion
• Create engaging copy, content and lead-generation assets that support the customer journey
• Improve website messaging, landing pages and conversion performance
• Develop marketing automation, email campaigns and nurture journeys
• Build SEO and inbound activity to improve visibility and attract relevant prospects
• Explore partnerships with relevant influencers and creators, including product demonstrations and educational content
• Coordinate existing team members and specialist support, setting clear briefs, priorities and targets
• Track campaign performance, acquisition costs, conversion rates and return on investment
