The role involves coordinating with global teams and developing market-leading proposals. You will shape strategy, oversee pipelines, and champion cross-service opportunities while maintaining a robust client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience of successful sales and business development to grow a business.
• Excellent communication to manage client and delivery team relationships and travel access to other offices.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage with senior decision makers to identify opportunities.
• Good organisational and IT skills, including CRM tools like Dynamics.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute across teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic direction by partnering with leadership to understand priorities, operating models, and growth objectives.
• Drive growth through origination and conversion of high-value opportunities and outsourcing propositions.
• Build and leverage senior networks to unlock cross-service opportunities.
• Establish executive-level relationships with corporates across sectors for revenue growth.
• Own key account strategies and monitor impact against targets.
• Oversee market engagement campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.
