Job summary

Lovable is seeking a performance-minded creator and operator to own our creative testing loop. You will run high-volume experiments, leverage AI tools, and shape briefs, hooks, and scripts that scale without losing Lovable’s distinctive taste.

You’ll build and refine the workflows that translate data into hundreds of assets monthly, ensuring speed, craft, and alignment with product and marketing goals across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume creative tests for performance marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and building practical workflows.
• Strong ad copywriting and ability to articulate what makes an ad work.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative operating system: intake, briefing, production, QA, launch, post-mortem.
• Judge what creatives to scale, kill, or tweak to maintain Lovable's taste.
• Design pipelines that generate, adapt and localise creative at volume.
• Turn performance data and insights into compelling concepts and briefs.
• Run brainstorms and ensure learnings reach the wider team.
• Push learnings across the company including product and website changes.
