Job summary

Digital Lemon Talent in Ware, Hertfordshire, seeks a Head of Growth/Performance to drive profitable revenue through acquisition, retention and optimization of the digital revenue engine.

Reporting to founders, you will own performance marketing, lifecycle growth, trading insights and digital experimentation to scale both brands while protecting margins. This hybrid role combines marketing, ecommerce and data, with responsibility for CRO, analytics, dashboards and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing in DTC fashion.
• Experience scaling paid media budgets with profitable ROAS.
• Proficient in Shopify Plus and ecommerce analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4 and analytics tools.
• Data-driven with forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Lead lifecycle marketing, retention and automation.
• Oversee website growth, CRO, and landing page optimization.
• Own growth dashboards and attribution using Looker Studio, GA4, Sweet Analytics and Triple Whale.
• Line manage ecommerce/performance teams and drive data-driven growth.
