We’re looking for a Growth & Client Lead to join a dynamic, fast-growing consultancy supporting brands in scaling and thriving. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves strategy, relationship-building, and wants to be part of shaping a business from the ground up. The role offers flexibility in location — hybrid or remote — though occasional travel is important. Whether part-time, freelance, or full-time, this position is tailored for those who value autonomy and want to build something meaningful while growing their own portfolio.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, strategic thinkers with a natural ability to pitch, win, and nurture client relationships. You might be a freelancer or agency professional with existing clients or someone who knows how to attract them. In this role, you’ll lead business development strategies, drive growth through account management and upselling, and work closely with leadership on proposals and client delivery. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence in taking ownership of projects are essential.
