Job summary

Peak21 is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analytics & Growth Analyst to join a high-growth consumer brand team. You’ll blend data analytics, marketing strategy, and business growth to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and inform product expansions.

You’ll work with founders and the Head of Growth to shape campaigns, categories, and LTV-driven decisions. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong Excel/Sheets, Python, SQL, and a passion for ecommerce.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a quantitative or analytical program.
• Strong curiosity about ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Very solid analytical skills with Excel/Sheets; Python/SQL beneficial.
• Able to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify drivers behind winning ads and creatives to scale products.
• Evaluate CAC, funnel, and cohort performance across channels.
• Collaborate with creative team to test hypotheses using data.
• Own marketing dashboards and clearly communicate results.
• Analyze customer behavior, cohorts, retention, and LTV trends.
• Build segmentation to identify high-value customer groups.
• Assess product lines for repeat purchases and margins.
• Conduct competitive market research to spot whitespace.
• Model revenue scenarios with founders for new opportunities.
• Present insights to leadership on a weekly cadence.
