IDEX Consulting Ltd in Perth is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow an existing £250k insurance book across the Northern market and Scotland in a flexible hybrid role based in Perth.

You will focus on new business, networking, and building your own pipeline, with the potential to grow the book toward £400k. Senior levels may include a car allowance and bespoke bonus structures plus long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Account Executive in an insurance brokerage is preferred.
• Ability to grow and manage a book while developing new business.
• Open to experienced AEs, early-career AEs, and exceptional Account Handlers.
