Job summary

Andaz London Liverpool Street, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, invites an experienced Associate Director of Sales – Group & Events to lead the Groups & Events team in a vibrant East London setting. You will drive strategic sales initiatives, nurture client relationships and oversee end-to-end event sales and planning processes.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event delivery, exceed revenue targets, and inspire a high-performing team in a luxury lifestyle hotel

Qualifications

• Experience leading Groups & Events or hotel sales teams.
• Strong commercial thinking with a focus on revenue generation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Groups & Events team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Shape and execute the hotel’s Groups & Events sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Drive enquiry conversion, follow-up, and market opportunity assessment.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to contracting and site visits.
