Job summary

Trafalgar Entertainment is seeking a Group Tax Manager in Woking to lead day-to-day tax compliance and reporting across the group and its subsidiaries. You will manage corporation tax, VAT and other taxes, coordinating with external advisers where needed and providing practical guidance to finance teams.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified with UK corporate tax experience.
• Experience managing corporation tax compliance across groups.
• Understanding of VAT and indirect taxes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group tax calendar and manage returns.
• Oversee corporation tax compliance and tax accounting.
• Coordinate VAT compliance and group matters.
• Advise on tax implications of acquisitions and restructurings.
• Liaise with HMRC as main internal contact.
• Provide clear tax guidance to finance teams.
• Document tax positions and improve controls.
