Resourcing Partner at St. Modwen Homes

Supporting Miller Homes recruitment as part of the St. Modwen integration, the role involves supply chain reviews, framework agreements, and agreement management of national commodities.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct commodity reviews for MHL business and regions
• Prepare documentation for reviews, including data collection, supplier identification, bid evaluations, negotiations, and final recommendations
• Manage formal contracts and supply agreements
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct review meetings
• Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans
• Keep the business informed about market conditions and opportunities
