Job summary

PZ Cussons UK is seeking a Group Supply Finance Manager to lead the finance function across the supply chain. The role partners with procurement and supply chain leaders to drive value, forecast accuracy and budgeting across multiple markets and currencies.

You will provide meaningful insights on cost drivers, FX exposure, inventory and cash performance, while strengthening governance and coaching a Finance Analyst. This is a senior finance role based in Manchester with a strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Qualified in accounting or equivalent finance qualification.
• Strong finance business partnering experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or related environment.
• Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders across functions/markets.
• Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, costing, inventory, cash flow and broader supply chain financial performance.
• Strong analytical skills with SAP and complex datasets to derive insights.
• Experience coaching or developing others; FMCG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with procurement and supply chain leaders to shape sourcing strategies, transformation initiatives and investment decisions.
• Drive visibility of cost performance through standard costing, variance analysis and reporting across key supply chain cost drivers.
• Improve planning accuracy by leading forecasting, performance reviews and annual budgeting for the supply chain function.
• Provide insight into foreign exchange exposure, freight costs, working capital and cash performance to support decisions.
• Strengthen governance, controls and continuous improvement across inventory, reporting and finance processes.
• Turn complex data into clear recommendations while coaching a Supply Chain Finance Analyst.
