£49 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week

Job Description

As Group Scrum Master, your main responsibilities include:

1. Guiding and coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
2. Helping Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done.
3. Facilitating the removal of obstacles to the Scrum Team's progress.
4. Ensuring all Scrum events occur and are positive, productive, and timeboxed.
5. Helping stakeholders understand and adopt an empirical approach for complex work.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience in Automotive Product Development.
