Job Opportunity: Group Scrum Master

Rate: £49 per hour (Inside IR35), 40 hours per week

Eligibility: Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, ongoing, and valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU.

I am recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon, seeking a Group Scrum Master to join their team.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Group Scrum Master include:

1. Guiding and coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
2. Helping Scrum Team focus on creating high-value product increments that meet the Definition of Done.
3. Removing obstacles to the Scrum Team's progress.
4. Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox.
5. Helping stakeholders understand and implement an empirical approach for complex work.

Qualifications / Skills Needed

• Experience in Automotive Product Development.
