Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a Group Sales Trainer to join the Group Sales team. Based from one of our regional offices, the role will design, deliver and continually improve training programmes that support Development Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors across the business.

You will work closely with the Group Sales team to shape the future of sales development, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences and

• Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programmes.
• Ability to coach and develop sales professionals through structured learning pathways.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions across the business.
• Support the development of new and experienced sales professionals through structured learning pathways.
• Create and maintain training materials, e-learning content and sales development resources.
• Identify skills gaps through collaboration with leadership teams and develop improvement plans.
• Coach and support Sales Managers and Regional leaders in building high-performing teams.

Based from one of our Miller Homes regional offices, this role will involve regular travel across England and Scotland, with frequent time spent in Edinburgh

We're looking for a passionate Group Sales Trainer to join our Group Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing the capability, confidence and performance of our sales teams across the business.

Working closely with the Group Sales team, you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that support Development Sales Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors at every stage of their career.

You will help shape the future of sales development at Miller Homes, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

Group Sales Trainer Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions across the business.
• Support the development of both new and experienced sales professionals through structured learning pathways.
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials, e-learning content and sales development resources.
• Identify skills gaps and training needs through collaboration with regional and divisional leadership teams.
• Coach and support Sales Managers and Regional leaders in developing high-performing sales teams.

Group Sales Trainer Requirements

• Proven experience training, coaching and developing sales teams.
• Track record of delivering sales results and improving team performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insight into action.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
