Job Description

We are pleased to be representing a leading professional services business with an expanding financial planning and employee benefits arm. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Group Risk Consultant / Employee Benefits Consultant to service and manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing client services related to Group Risk and Protection products including Group Life, DIS, PHI, and critical illness.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term client relationships through quality advice and service. Responsibilities include negotiating terms and provisions of services across a range of risk-related benefits, presenting relevant matters to clients, and identifying additional business opportunities within the group. The role also involves overseeing the production of reports, documents, and communication with clients.

Experience:
  • Candidates should come from an insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits background, with exposure to Healthcare (PMI) or Group Risk schemes.
  • You should have the ability to present to clients and communicate effectively at all levels, either by phone or face-to-face.
