We are recruiting a Full-Time Group Reservations Agent at Hilton Birmingham Metropole. The agent will serve as the main contact for room reservations, providing excellent service and influencing guest decisions to stay at our hotel.

As a Groups Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for room reservations, providing excellent customer service, options, and solutions to meet guest needs. Key tasks include:

• Converting inquiries into confirmed bookings efficiently
• Responding positively to sales inquiries to generate future leads
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Responding professionally to all customers, ensuring reservations meet expectations
• Providing prompt service while maintaining hotel brand standards

Candidate Profile
