• ACA or ACCA qualification with strong financial reporting and consolidation experience.
• Experience with Group reporting, statutory accounts, external audit and tax compliance.
• Ability to drive improvements in reporting processes, systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting and consolidations.
• Statutory accounts and external audit management.
• Board and management reporting.
• IFRS / UK GAAP compliance and technical accounting.
• Oversight of corporation tax and wider Group tax compliance.
• Improving reporting, automation, systems and financial controls.
