Job summary

A leading international events business is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to enhance its corporate reporting function during a period of transformation and growth. The successful candidate will manage multi-currency consolidations, lead financial reporting, and support audit requirements while mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).

Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a high-growth, international events business to recruit a talented Group Reporting Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, acquisitive, and globally recognised business at a time of exciting transformation and expansion.

The Role:

Following a period of significant revenue growth and strategic acquisitions, this role sits at the centre of the group’s corporate reporting function and will play a pivotal part in preparing the business for future events, including potential transactions, integrations, and financial restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of group consolidations across multiple international divisions and currencies
  • Produce accurate, timely consolidated financial statements and reports for senior stakeholders
  • Own the cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting processes across the group
  • Manage intercompany eliminations and resolve technical accounting issues
  • Support external audit requirements and contribute to audit readiness across the group
  • Mentor and develop a Group Accountant, contributing to the growth of the reporting function
  • Ensure consistency and integrity across all financial controls, reporting systems, and processes

About You

  • ACA / ACCA qualified accountant (or equivalent) + 3-5yrs PQE
  • Strong technical accounting background, ideally trained in audit or group reporting
  • Proven experience with consolidations in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
  • A proactive mindset, able to operate in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Good understanding of processes, systems and controls
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders
