Aufgaben

• Manage the monthly group reporting and consolidation process and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Review financial submissions from multiple business units and legal entities.
• Prepare and review consolidated P&L, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Investigate balance sheet movements, intercompany differences and unusual variances.
• Produce monthly reporting packs and financial commentary for senior finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate month-end and quarter-end close activities across finance teams.
• Review journals, reconciliations and key financial controls.
• Support statutory accounts and year-end audit schedules.
• Liaise with external auditors and respond to technical accounting queries.
• Ensure reporting complies with IFRS and UK accounting requirements.
• Support Solvency II and other regulatory reporting activities.
• Work with Group Finance, Financial Control, FP&A, Actuarial and Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Identify and resolve reporting issues and data-quality problems.
• Support improvements to consolidation systems and finance processes.
• Provide hands-on support during busy reporting periods to ensure timely delivery.
