Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA from a top tier practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
• Experience in the property industry or a similar sector is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Assist in preparation of reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support audit processes by liaising with auditors.

Skills

Professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS
