Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing or leading other product managers.
• Significant experience in payments, card issuing, transaction processing, or financial services, with a strong understanding of the commercial and regulatory landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing product teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set direction for a product vertical and connect it to business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives, enterprise clients, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for your vertical, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the market, competitive landscape, and client needs within your vertical and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent your vertical in product leadership forums, contributing to portfolio-level prioritisation, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
• Engage directly with key clients, partners, and scheme representatives where senior product engagement is required.
