The Role

As Group Procurement Manager, you will:

Lead procurement mainly OPEX procurement activities across the UK branches.

Manage up to £80m spend while optimising contracts and increasing procurement value perception.

Drive supplier rationalisation and implement new procurement processes.

Work closely with senior stakeholders to embed procurement best practices in a dynamic, fast scaling environment.

Build the procurement function throughout the group.

Be a key part of building the procurement function from the ground up.

Implement procurement systems and processes in a multi-site, multinational business.

Gain stakeholder buy in, establish procurement as a key value driver across the organisation.

Who We're Looking For

Experience managing multiple procurement categories, multiple indirect categories is essential.

Track record of supplier rationalisation and driving cost efficiencies.

Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.

Familiarity with P2P, ERP systems is advantageous.

A clear vision of what "good" procurement looks like.

Experience in a multi business unit environment is advantageous.

CIPS qualification is beneficial but not essential.
